Successful Teaching

Classroom management and teacher knowledge are the most important aspects of successful teaching. You can't successfully teach your students if you aren't controlling your classroom. Students must understand what you are explaining, pay attention and engage. You can make a joke when you feel that students are bored, make them laugh, and let them speak. After that, you can continue the lesson. If class control is lost, then you will lose everything in the class. If we teach students in a variety of methods and we bring real life examples to the class, then students are likely less to cause any trouble. Each students has his  way of thinking and understanding, so they need to feel comfort and that you're teaching everyone alone. Teachers must always feel ready to answer any question from the students.
This will help the teachers feel that they're helping the students build their futures, so that we feel we're more responsible. The students we're teaching, maybe they will be our children's teachers.
It is really interesting to spread our knowledge everywhere and always motivate students to be a part of an energizing community.
